Cancellation
Buyer may cancel an order by mutual agreement based upon payment of reasonable and proper cancellation charges. Agreement would include terms that will indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless against all direct, incidental, and consequential loss or damage. Buyer shall not return goods without prior written authorization and payment of restock/cancellation charges.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Non-stock or custom ordered parts are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Any returns must have an RMA# issued by SCI Sharp Controls Inc. prior to shipment. You may return standard stock items unopened/unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded on return items. Shortages and overages must be identified within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
SCI offers products to our international customers under exworks incoterms. If you require international shipping please note this upon quote request and we will work with a freight forwarder of the customer’s choice. Most international transactions will be considered freight collect on purchasers account with all taxes/tariffs/fees collect to recipient. Payment will be made in advance by ACH or wire transfer. Orders will be processed upon receipt of funds. Please note not all products are available for international sale due to restrictions.
Special tools
Unless specifically agreed in writing by SCI Sharp Controls Inc., and unless paid for by Buyer as shown on the invoice, all special tools, dies, jigs, patterns, machinery and/or equipment needed by SCI Sharp Controls Inc. for its performance of this sale are, and shall remain, the property of SCI Sharp Controls Inc.
Substitutions/Interchangeability
Unless specifically restricted on a purchase order, SCI Sharp Controls Inc., reserves the right to interchange an equivalent product in place of product ordered where interchangeability of the product is based on form, fit, and function.
Warranty
Goods are sold only with such warranties as may be extended by the manufacturer of the product. Services performed by third parties are subject to only to those warranties extended by such third parties. SCI SHARP CONTROLS MAKES NO WARRANTY AND ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. Buyer is responsible for installation and use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. SCI Personnel are not authorized to alter this policy.
